Welcome to this weeks TWIG Update, we have some great things going on for you and some new games being released, so get ready for all of the awesomeness!!
On August 18th Armikrog (PC) will be bringing it back Gumby style with their new stop motion clay animated adventure. Developed by non other than Pencil Test studios and going through a more than successful Kickstarter campaign the game is finally coming to life. It follows Tommynaut, a space explorer, who has crash landed on a strange planet and becomes locked in the mysterious fortress Armikrog. All the while he is accompanied by his more than faithful alien talking blind dog named Beak-Beak as they embark on this new adventure.
Ever felt that killing was just too easy? Well Mike Bithell, the creator of Thomas was Alone and now Volume, thought the very same thing. Get your Metal Gear Solid sneaking shoes on as you try to sneak around as a petty thief by the name of Robert Locksley. Locksley doesn’t kill, that would be far too easy for him. In Volume you must make your way through the game by sneaking, distracting and avoiding others at all costs. He is never seen, and seldom heard. Volume will be available for the PS4, VITA and the PC.
Don’t worry 3DS fans, we have something for you this week as well!! LBX: Little Battlers eXperience, that’s right, it’s time you built your very own palm-sized robot. Gain access to over 4,000 parts, 130 complete sets, all of which can be used interchangeably. Take on your friends with the local wireless multiplayer mode, features up to six players using a variety of different rules. Just like in their hit TV series, you can party up with the most popular characters and take down the evil corporation, New Dawn Raisers.
Be on the lookout sometime next week for our interview with the indie dev team COCO Collective Consciousness and their game Systole. They recently launched on Kickstarter, and are developing a game in a country that frowns upon the video game industry. Their story is one you don’t want to miss, find out more about them in the meantime by visiting their website & Kickstarter page.
Please help support our website by visiting one of the following places, it helps us continue what we do here at WTGG, thanks again and we will see you guys next week!!
